How to Launder |
| Ordering a Diaper or Custom Made item is a process. I will walk you through the steps so you know what to expect... 1. You e-mail and let me know what you would like to order. If you are ordering diapers please use the diaper ordering page as a guideline as to what information to submit in your e-mail. Make sure to include a detailed description or item name. 2. I will then e-mail you back with questions about what fabric themes, colors, etc you like and what I have instock. I will clarify and re-state your order and ask any other questions I might have. Fabric Searching & Choosing the Right Fabrics: I am more than happy to search out fabric for your custom order, but you must share with me ideas & give me clues to what you like. I will likely send you links to online fabric stores to browse and find a fabric similar to one you would like. I will also order fabric from online or you may ship me fabric you have chosen. (No need to pre-wash, I can do that.) 3. Once you send back an e-mail with what fabric you'd like and clarify any questions, I will send you an Order Confirmation with a grand total. (I need your full mailing address prior to the order confirmation stage.) It is also helpful if you provide the name of your Lil' Storkie, if ordering diapers or other Lil' Storkie Items. (I like to send along a few freebies every now and then that are personalized with embroidery.) Sending your Lil' Storkie's Name is COMPLETELY optional. You will also receive an estimated Shipment Date on your confirmation. Please note: that I do my best to stick to these shipping dates. Many times, items will be shipped before this date, but sometimes things come up in the world of Mommie. I will do my best to keep you posted on the status of your order is there are any delays. 4. Once you receive the order confirmation I ask that you please Send Payment if you have not already done so. Payment Methods will be included at the bottom of your Confirmation. Please check your order confirmation carefully for any errors I might have made. 5. Once payment is received, I will start on your order. When it is finished I will ship it to you perfectly packaged via USPS First Class or Parcel Post. (I only ship Parcel when package weighs more than 16 oz, because that's the limit on First Class Shipping. Because I do not charge a shipping charge if you'd like your package shipped Priority you have to pay the difference. If you would like insurance, please let me know prior to order confirmation and I will add $1.30 to your order. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that don't include insurance. I will send you an e-mail when your order has been completed and when it is shipped. I ask that you please send me an e-mail when you have received you package so I know that it was received safe and sound. |
