If you are not completely satisfied with your Stork Savers' Purchase, please feel free to return any un-used, un-washed product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We will repair or replace any defective item for up to 30 days after purchase for original owner. Sorry, Stork Savers cannot pay for return shipping. If defect is noted within 14 days of purchase, costs for shipping back to Stork Savers will be re-imbursed by Stork Savers Store Credit or Instant PayPal Transfer of Funds. I may repair (at my discretion) any product for up 90 days after purchase for original owner. Normal wear or piling of material is not a defect. A defect is loose seams, loose stitches, Touch Tape coming loose, etc... that affects the normal functions of the product.
